Ultra Biocid/ water mixture feed rate 18-22 kg/min

Helpful hints
To achieve denim fabric finish Ph of 9.0-10.0. Add premixed Ultra Biocid and water in wash box at normal feed rate. Ph will be 1.2-1.5.

Results
Last wash box Ph value will be very close to the fabric face finish Ph.

A beginning wash box Ph of 2.0 or higher will result in fabric face Ph of 10.0 or higher in the last wash box. To achieve lower fabric face Ph,

 increase flow rate of ULTRA BIOCID until desired Ph range is achieved. DO NOT set Ph range for cellulosic fibers below Ph 7.0 due to fabric tendering.
